When you browse
Your browser requests pages, styles, scripts and images from the website’s host. The hosting infrastructure may process technical information such as IP address, request time, requested file, browser information and error records to deliver and protect the service. This page does not specify a hosting provider or claim a verified log-retention period.
The supplied page code contains no advertising pixels, analytics services, remote fonts or embedded social widgets. Images are served as local website files rather than requested from a photography platform while you browse.
The message composer
Text entered into the contact composer is processed in the current page on your device. Preparing a draft does not submit it to a server. The website’s JavaScript does not save the draft in cookies, localStorage or a database. Your browser or device may independently retain form state, clipboard history or downloaded files.
Choosing Copy writes the prepared draft to your clipboard where browser permissions allow. Other software may have access to the clipboard according to your device settings. Choosing Download creates a plain-text file on your device; you decide where to keep or delete it.
If you choose to email
Opening a mail link or sending a copied draft uses your chosen email provider. If a message reaches the published address, its sender details, contents and attachments may be processed to read, respond to or resolve the enquiry. Do not include sensitive health information, payment information or material you do not have permission to share.
Email service providers may process correspondence under their own terms. This site does not promise a response time, a particular storage location or a fixed retention period. Privacy enquiries can ask about the handling of specific correspondence.
Cookies and browser storage
The static guide’s own scripts do not set cookies or persistent browser preferences. Hosting services or separately deployed site components may have different behaviour. See Remembered Choices for the scope of this statement and browser controls.
Your choices and rights
You can browse without entering a message, decline clipboard access, delete downloaded drafts and choose not to send email. Depending on your location and the information actually held, you may have rights to request access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection or portability, or to complain to a relevant data-protection authority.
Send requests to the contact address with enough context to identify the information concerned, but avoid unnecessary identity documents. Additional verification may be needed where appropriate. Rights can be subject to legal exceptions.
Changes
This notice should be reviewed if hosting, message handling or site features change. The update year above identifies this version; it is not a statement that infrastructure has been independently audited.
